Fight Gone Bad

Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

    Missed FGB, but I have been doing a little work on the side during lunch.
    Tuesday was 20 minutes on my bike trainer at moderate pace and 1.5 mile run around downtown in 12:20.

    Lucky for me (since I want to win all the money in the challenge!), I was told today that my cheeks are sinking in again…must mean I’m losing bodyfat!

    I could tell during my WB that my legs are fatigued from riding my trainer so much during the week.

    I need to be able to jump instead of step and go in with fresh legs for wall ball and I’m certain I can pr.
