    Post-WOD: TNG Squat Snatches
    95/115/135/145×3 went brow 2 bar on the 4th and had to pick up the 6:30 class. Tried it again after the 6:30 class, no-go.
    Sunday did the other part for Regionals. 5 sets of 7 LBBS @ 235lbs.

    Rowed 1200 meters and tried to do standing HSPUS with Sam can kip up from ground just can’t go to the ground with out losing my balance these are fun ! I will have one by end of week determined

    A low score of 47 reps @ 80#
    Shoulda coulda pushed harder ! Almost all reps touch and go in sets of 2,3 a few singles

    Strength : 80# power snatch / 85# got through 4 reps and messed my rhythm up
    2 85# hang squat snatches

    Did 1 set of 5 TNG at 78# post WOD but my shoulder/ deltoid hurts. Super sore where my acromion process meets my delt. Didn’t want to push it. Worked on free standing HSPU. Megan, Jayson and I almost have it!
