    -T2b slowed me down I gotta work on these
    -All cleans touch and go all rounds for all 5 reps
    -15# ball
    Missed a few reps on T2b and wall balls so made up for those

    Strength : sooooo weird !! 63# had time for all 7 rds . Happy turkey day everyone !

    5+5+10+13 (Ugh, so close to 6. Couldn’t finish my walls balls fast enough!)

    T2B rx’d all except for 1 or 2 I got my toes all the way up, but didn’t quiet touch. Super slow on these today. Hands were really hurting for some reason.
    15# wall balls

    High pulls were hurting my shoulder so I didn’t do the strength.

    Jammed/popped my little finger on the first round of wall balls! 😫 Pushed through it and finished… Though it really SUCKED! Let’s just say that this reinforces my hatred for wall balls! 😡 Lol 😝

    Did a few toes to bar the first round. Was planning on doing some each round, but when I jammed my finger… My grip was not strong enough for the swinging motion I need for toes to bar. So I just did knees to elbows. All knees to elbows were unbroken.
