With a partner:
Run 1.25 miles**
50 Burpees
100 Push Press (95/65)
150 KB Swings (55/35)
200 Box Jumps
250 Air Squats
Run 1.25 miles

Partner’s must run the distances together, but the remainder of the work is done with only one partner working at a time.

**1.25 miles – take a right out of our lot, out to Ridgecrest for the neighborhood loop. When returning down Executive Dr., run past CFJ parking lot to the parking lot next door, turn around and return to CFJ.

Power Clean Ladder

Death by Power Clean (155/105)
– Everyone will start with (155/105 or scaled) and will give it everything they have. If you are unable to complete 12 rounds with this weight, drop the weight to (135/95 or 85% of start weight) and start over.
– If you are unable to complete 12 rounds with 2nd weight, drop the weight to (115/85 or 75% of start weight) and start over.
– “Go for broke” on the first round/attempt.

“Death By” means complete 1 rep the first minute, 2 reps the second minute, 3 reps the third minute – continue for as long as you are able to complete the prescribed reps within the minute.

Fight Gone Bad

Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
