Jumping Pull ups – set up bar at mid forearm when standing with arms extended overhead

    touch jumps with controlled fall to 30″ box with mat on top

    Post wod PT (adding cleans, 2 new types med ball throws, and a 3# ball backwards throw.)

    This week begins first full week since being released to start doing more post surgery. Humbling but I know I have got to start documenting this mod stuff.

    39:26 (8 min over May PR😝 – can definitely tell I’ve been out for a while -ugh😔)

    🔹All box jumps = jump up/step down
    🔸Supine K2E = raise knees to touch elbows, then toes touch high on post, bring knees back to touch elbows, & then lay feet/legs back on the floor. (Repeat 50x –> tough… Thought I was gonna get a black eye a few times due to my knees coming back down from the top of post… 😳😏)
    🔹Push Press with light 15# training bar due to avoiding agitating pec muscle
    🔸Supermans for hip extensions as machines were all taken.
    🔹Wallballs = 10# still suck (sets of 5)
    🔸Burpees = DOUBLE SUCK! All bar touching. Slow going…🐢
    🔹DUs = terribly broken 😡 as I fought Pukie the whole time. Stomach was flipping every time I jumped. 😷(10/18/25/35/50)

    Wall Balls: 7#
    Burpees: Did 25 Burpees then started on squats that I subbed for DUs. Was hoping to come back & finish the burpees but could only do 5 more due to hurting. 29 1/2 weeks preg is definitely showing me some weaknesses.
    Double unders: subbed squats

    PP 33lbs- chin already bruised. Knocked the crap out of it mid way.

    Burpees- never had such a tough time on those awful things as today.
    DU’s- sets of 5-10. One set of 15.
    ….1 min slower than 5.2014. Sounds about right after taking a month off.

    Knees To Elbows alternative (lie on floor, toes to the pole; cannot remember what it’s called :))

    Hip Extensions (Did 15 hip extensions, 15 supermans, 20 good mornings with 33#)
    Wall Balls 10# for 25, 8# for 25
    Burpees (couldn’t go all the way to the ground because I hurt my knee in an unfortunate box jumping accident int he beginning of the workout)
    Double unders (did single unders with double under attempts)
