WOD

For Time:
800m Run, followed by:
5 RFT:
12 C2B
9 Squat Snatch (95/65)
6 Strict HSPU
followed by:
800m Run
20 Burpees

Additional Work – Time Permitting

4 rounds, not for time:
Max unbroken Muscle ups
Max Bench Press, bodyweight
There is no rest between the MU and BP. Rest as needed between rounds.

Goal Numbers (achieved in the 4 rounds):
Men: 50 reps of each.
Women: 40 reps of each.
If you don’t hit the goal numbers complete additional reps/sets as needed until goal numbers are reached.

    All C2b except last 5-hands/grip gave out & felt like they were about to rip-the rest were 3 attempts & 2 kipping
    Squat Snatch 65#
    HSPU-1st rd-4 strict to 1 AbM, 2nd rd-4 kip to no AbM & the rest kip to 1.
    Very challenging wod-I liked it!

    Pull-ups—C2B except 4 reps. Missed 3 reps in rd2, 1 in rd 3. Didn’t repeat because I figured these would deteriorate more in later rds as per usual. Very surprised they did not. Most C2B’s ever for me. PR
    65# SS. All singles. SLOW rds 4 & 5. Prob drop to 55 or 60# next time
    HSPU–all slow, controlled neg, kipped up to 1 abmat

    After 4 rounds totals 23 MUs & 15 BP. I did another 2 MUs to make it 25 total

    PS instead of SS because I don’t SS
    Kipping HSPU to 1 abmat, all unbroken and seemed surprisingly easy today, which was a nice surprise bc the rest of this WOD was tough!
    First 800 in 3:28, forgot to time last 800 but I’m sure it was slower. 20 Burpees unbroken in 57 seconds.
