      It’s all good! It was so early that I don’t think our brains even knew what were doing… 😉💪 Although I only got through two rounds before I had to leave for work. Was kind of bummed about that, but now knowing it was a typo… I feel a little better!👍☺️

    Alternated power cleans 75# with Power Snatch, large PVC, each round
    DU’s were: 100 Wall kick’s / 200 SU’s / 100 wall k’s each round.

    Completed 2 rounds in 34:12, including a potty break, before I had to leave for work. (I think that was my time… I should have written it down immediately as it’s too early to remember my time from 5 am.)

    Modified WOD for pec muscle that’s still giving me some issues… 😕 Subbed GHDs & sit ups for snatches.

    Tummy issues and DUs do not go well together… 😳 Needless to say, DUs did NOT show up this morning. 😡 Ended up doing 50 wall kicks during my 5th round of 100 dubs.

    So mad that I had to do wall kicks during the WOD that I made those 50 dubs up after I finished the 2 rounds… Ended at 35:55.

    This was a TOUGH WOD! 😲

    34:33 – two rounds of 65# across and only 50 DUs each time. No time for third round. I have never been so happy to have to go to work!!! I am convinced Jennie and Kim were trying to kill off the zombies this morning!
