Metcon – Teams of 2

With a running clock, Teams of two complete as much work as possible at each station (1 athlete works at a time:):
6 minutes of Farmer’s Carry, as heavy as possible, for max distance
6 minutes of Sled Drag, bodyweight, for max distance
6 minutes of Row for max calories
6 minutes of Cleans (155/105), for max reps
6 minutes of Bike for max calories
6 minutes of Stone Shoulders or Medball Cleans as heavy as possible for max reps

    Metcon – Solo (modified)
    Worked 1 min on / 1 min rest the whole time

    Sled Drag – 5# over bodyweight + sled weight – 400′
    Row – subbed sit-ups – 60 reps
    Cleans – 1 armed DB power cleans @ 25# – 40 reps
    Bike – 15 calories (no arms used on bike)
    Stone Shoulders – 40 reps w/ 15# Medball
    Walking lunges – 200′

      Sled drag should be 600′ (not 400′) as I went down and back 3 times… 👍 Fun times!😲💪

      Strength
      8×4 Back Squats, across @ 85# – every 2 min
      Did 5 GHD sit ups after each round (40 reps total – building up my endurance with this movement)

    Over the Shoulder 30lb ball: 114
    Farmers Carry I used 100lb DB she used 45lb KB: 40 * 25ft = 1000ft
