    *really* frustrating bc i have no problem cleaning 135#, i can jerk 135# from the rack, but can’t manage to get it overhead when taking it from the floor. grr..

    All FS were unbroken… Should have went with 65-70# (don’t know what I was thinking๐Ÿ˜). Every other round switched between RR & sit-ups. KBS were light and not to fill extension overhead (just above eye level).

    We shall see how my pec feels tomorrow! ๐Ÿ˜ Frustrating…. ๐Ÿ˜œ
