    8:30 WOD

    Did 8×4 back squats at 145# before class, 1st “strength” squats in several weeks.

    Did 68.8% of body weight on round 1 and 2 (95#) and 61.6% on rounds 3-7 (85#)
    Limiting factor was BP, cleans were all unbroken. BP was singles last 2 rounds.

    18:5? #135 on BP 6 rounds #145 1 round. #165 on PC 2 rounds #135 on 5 rounds. All but 1 set of DU unbroken.

    14:59 rd 1 BP–did 95# (74% BW)x1 rep, then dropped to 85# (67%) for the first 4 rds, then dropped again to 75# (59%) for last 3 rds (did 75# UB, so 80# would’ve been better). Cleans Rx’d at 90#. Most DU rds UB.
    Did the first 3 rds of additional work: pistols Rx’d, HSPU-some kip w/1 abmat/some neg, C2b & ring PU/RD for MU

    205 for both BP & PC over bodyweight, but not Rxd. All DUs unbroken. Total time: 24:44

    hardly any DU. Mostly singles so doubled the amount

    WOD: 20:53 – BP @ 185# x 2 reps. Then changed to 155# – all PC @ 185#.

    Extra work: 10 or so minutes to do…
    20-18 pistols
    10-8 strict HSPU
    10-8 C2B pull-ups.
    Had to go to work.

    5 bench press @ 63lbs
    5 power cleans @ 63lbs
    35 DU’s
    …all BP & PC’s were UB, which means prob should’ve done heavier.

    Additional work:
    20-16-12-8-4 alt pistols using support from rig
    10-8-6-4-2 HSPU- no PU’s, just vertical holds
    5-4-3-2-1 strict pull ups, black band assist on all
