5 RFT
75 Double unders
75’ down and back Prowler Push, 150% of bodyweight
25 Med ball Squat Jumps (30/20) – Bear hug the ball, squat to below parallel, then quickly stand up and jump off the ground.
Rest 1 minute between Rounds

**Realize that we only have 2 sleds, you may have to wait a few seconds for your turn. Be friends, have fun, the wait won’t make you any less fit.

    25:17 monstrously scaled. 25 du / 50 wall hops per round. 180# on the sled. 15# ball with too many shallow squats.
