    Snatch work – 82# and one at 87#, only did seven total reps.

    Metcon – 242 reps (8 less than August)
    25″ box steps, mix of C2B’s and C2B attempts, but mostly kipping PU’s
    Everything else Rx.

    105/115/105 PCs–really focused on elbows out, these felt better than usual. No banging the clavicle bone!
    250 reps–kipping PUs, no C2B. Rest Rx’d

    Strength/skill: Power Snatch: 3×1 @ 82#; attempted 87# & Fx3; 3×1 @82#, then finally got the 87# x 1.
    Open test: 254 Rx’d (down 6 reps from last time but used 95#)**
    **No repped & re-did 4 WB’s BC they didn’t hit the upper portion of the white; no repped/re-did 9 C2b’s-5 of which were in the last 10 reps!

    WOD 249 @ #136 PC. Down 9 reps from August @#145. In August I ended up finishing the WOD, today I just laid on the floor.

    50 WB, 10lb, all to white line
    50 DU’s, only counted successful DU’s
    40 box jumps, 18″ all jumps
    40 supine T2b
    30 chin2bar, 2 med black bands
    30 bar face burpees
    2 PC’s, 63lbs
    ….down 5 reps from last Open. But, did increase to all DU’s, bj’s, banded pus not RR’s,
    And weight by 10lbs.
