Power Clean Ladder

Death by Power Clean (155/105)
– Everyone will start with (155/105 or scaled) and will give it everything they have. If you are unable to complete 12 rounds with this weight, drop the weight to (135/95 or 85% of start weight) and start over.
– If you are unable to complete 12 rounds with 2nd weight, drop the weight to (115/85 or 75% of start weight) and start over.
– “Go for broke” on the first round/attempt.

“Death By” means complete 1 rep the first minute, 2 reps the second minute, 3 reps the third minute – continue for as long as you are able to complete the prescribed reps within the minute.

    23:42 – Last time I did 12 rounds @95# and wanted to try 105# this time. Got close, but failed.

    DNF
    1 rep left in 10s with 15 or more secs left but toes were hurting from shoes and couldn’t really breath
    Took lifters off switched to others

    Went through 9 full RDs @ 95# and just stopped snotty , tired and toes hurting . Someone slap me out of my funk ! I’m getting my butt back in it can tell I’ve been slacking 😦

    Almost dropped before starting rd 12. Decided to give it a go 15-20 seconds into last round. May have finished a second late, but I’m counting it. Need to clean up the last couple rounds next time…kinda sloppy.

    I got my fill and then some.
    If my math is correct it ended up taking 32 min and ended up being 187 reps.
