and/or
1 rep max front squat (Compare to September 5, 2014)

    FS: 95/125/135/165/185/ 190-PR!
    Snatch: 65/75/85/95

    WOD: 2 + 400 m run; Thrusters @ 75/65; t-t-b were mainly knees to chest, a few actual ttb in the beginning.

    Pre-WOD 1RM Squat Snatch: 115/135/155/175/195 PR! after several fails/ tried 200 3 times and I couldn’t catch it solid.
    Metcon: 13:25 Rx’d w/ all thrusters unbroken
    Post-WOD 1RM FS: 135/225/275/305 PR!/315 tried twice the first time I lost it in the bottom & the 2nd time I got stuck halfway up and my elbows dropped. 10lb PR on both lifts = good day.

    I seem to be stuck–85# PS (not a PR-need to try to squat or split it) & 145# FS (tied my PR-thought it was a PR so I quit)-need to try 150#

    1st 2 rounds I rowed 500m
    65# & T2b rx
