    really focused on maintaining form in all movements. T2B were slow go with thumb over bar grip, which is going to be a big adjustment.

    Push ups strict as ever. Took sooo long.

    On a side note, super proud of everyone for trying so hard to correct movement patterns today and being responsive to my suggestions and cues. Good day at CFJ!

    Toes touched bar on about 2/3 of the t2b. Snatches scaled to 75# cleans.

    I think 249. I left without looking at reps again.
    Push-ups were harder, focusing on tight core, elbow position. Jennie gave alot of good info to think about for the movements today. Super helpful.
