    Round 1: 7:15
    Round 2: started @ 8:15 stopped @ 16:37 = 8:22 for round 2
    Round 3: started @ 17:37 stopped @ 25:53 = 8:16 for round 3
    Extra Skills:
    30 lb WB UB all 3 sets of 10 w/ about 90 sec rest in between each set
    20 lb WB UB all 4 sets of 25 w/ about 2 min restate in between.
    Left knee wasn’t happy about all this for some reason today.

    Only able to complete 2 full rounds due to leg hurting. Finished in 39:38 with 43# pull and 10# ball
