15 Wall Ball (20/14)
12 Box Jump (24/20)
9 C2B Pullups

Technique

EMOMx6:
3-position Snatch at 65-70-75-75-70-65%
position 1 – Pockets
position 2 – Above the knee
position 3 – Below the knee
Each minute complete 3 snatches (one from the pockets, one from above and one below the knees)

    Could’ve gotten to 4 rounds I think, but I kept switching rings because my feet were sliding on the ground. I should’ve checked before so it’s totally my bad.

    63# across. Started w/ 63# & it was enough to keep focus on skill not strength.

    5 rounds + 5 Rx’d goal was to keep the C2Bs unbroken and I did. I probably could’ve gone a little faster breaking them but I needed to get them unbroken today.
    Snatch work very sloppy but finished not EMOM
    127 = 65% twice because I forgot to change weight/137 = 70%/145 1lb short of 75%/145/137/127.
    Ended up doing each set broken.
