Holiday challenge!

Merry Christmas from our family to yours! We love and appreciate you all and hope you enjoy your 2 days off!

For those of you that can’t get enough and are looking for something to do while we’re closed…

2 days of:
EHOH 12*
5 push-ups
10 squats
15 jumping jacks

*every hour on the hour for 12 hours today and 12 hours tomorrow, complete 1 round of the work listed.

    Then for 20 minutes until everyone else finished I did max effort Ring MUs. I don’t remember the exact reps for every minute, but the total was 22. After yesterday and today shoulders are smoked.
