8 Toes to Bar
8 Jerks (155/105)
8 Burpees
8 unbroken Deadlifts (275/185)
***Goal of WOD is ~12 minutes of work. Be honest with yourself when scaling to meet the intention of the workout.***

Nutrition Challenge Details are ready and it’s going to be a super fun experience! We will have a short Q&A on Saturday after each class, so around 10 and then again around 11:30 to go over the details and the Excel spreadsheet we will use to track your data. Not required to join the challenge. You will have to email jennie@crossfitjackson.com to enter the challenge and receive the spreadsheet.

    UB t2b, jerks scaled to 95# HPC, dl @ 205, dropped from the top. Awesome WOD.

    88# jerks x 2 rds (sloppy) then 83#
    155# DL x 2 rds and needing to break so dropped to 135# to try to go UB–dropped a few from top

    WOD: 19:40 – 1st set of t2b UB the rest were broken sets – 135# PJ for the 1st round, decreased weight to 115# for the rest – all DL @ 225# – jerks and DLs UB.

    Shooting to get the intended stimulus of the wod, 12 minutes (short-medium duration) of work and moderate weight, I chose to scale to 6 reps from the beginning. So 6 rounds of 6 reps of all work.
    63 power jerks (first 4 rounds were a struggle, I always split for comfort, last 2 rounds I took a wider stance and grip…bingo)
    145# deadlift all unbroken
    T2B unbroken 3 rounds, all hanging
    12:10, properly scaled.
