4 Handstand Push-ups
8 Kettlebell Swings (70/53)

    Hit a wall on the MUs in round 8. Failed 3 attempts, didn’t think I’d get the last one but finally made it just in time to finish the round. Really like this WOD. Great way to start off a new year.
