    Had to break the push-ups into sets of 12 and split them with the lunges.

    Rowed one round and decided I’d rather run in the 35 degree rain than row, so I ran the last five rounds.
    Shoulders sore from yesterday’s HSPU’s so today’s PU’s were tough. I know I rolled up some so not Rx today.

    Laredo: 29:29 – push-ups got rough! Still did not roll up but was very “wormy” in the late rounds. First 11 push-ups did not release hands, so I redid those and restarted push-ups from 1.
    Thanks Troy for Doing the last round with me! Kept me going!
