    Been personally recording my Wods since shoulder surgery/rehab. Too humbling and lengthy to record so many modifications here!!
    But I have a “tip” for the day….
    Chomps snack sticks are amazing!! I love the jalapeño flavor. Can order online, quick delivery, Whoke 30 approved. Better than Steves, to me.

    Some strength if you want to call it that.

    b was like maybe 2 @ 33#…I just don’t have the ankle flexablity right now. I tried it several times…wasn’t happening.

    Skills mid afternoon, all at 15#. Can’t believe I’m so happy about 15# but all 4 movements felt pretty good, better than they ever have.

    Tip of the day for those of you that LOVE eggs and want to try something new!

    Spicy egg salad (I wish I could share photos here)
    12 hard boiled eggs, peeled and
    1/2 cup diced white onion
    1/2 red bell pepper, diced
    10 pickled jalapeño slices (I used 15)
    4 tablespoons paleo mayonnaise
    2 tea white vinegar
    1 tea fresh lime juice
    1/4 tea cumin
    1/4 tea sea salt

    Combine all ingredients, chill, eat

    Made 5 servings for me and Jayson. Loved it.

    12:12 Rx’d heart rate went through the roof after the first set of 25 thrusters and I couldn’t get it back under control. Tough one today.
    PSB + OHS: 45/45/75/95/115 failed the 3rd rep so I dropped back to 95 and got all 3
    SB + SP: 75/75/85/85/95
    6 sets of 6 hurdle jumps supposed to be 24″, but I used the rower jumping over the wheel.

    5:33 (I’m pretty sure… That seems so fast, but that’s what happens with mod wods sometimes.)

    Since upper body strength lifts are out of the picture for a while, I rode the Airdyne.

    3 miles in 15:40ish (moderate pace)

    Post WOD
    15 min of mobility/smashing glutes and right calf muscle.

    Nutrition Challenge Tip of the day:
    While perusing Robb Wolf’s website, I came across this tip about sleep! It comes from his 30 challenges in 30 days.

    Challenge: Tonight, 1 hour before bed – turn off the TV, computer, tablet, phone and any other form of artificial light. Instead, relax by reading a real book with pages (yes, they still make these…), do a crossword puzzle, journal, talk to your family or just zone out. Your sleep quality will be so much better!

    WOD: 12:40 RX – 1st set of thrusters unbroken, finished second set of thrusters at 4:somethin. Went downhill from there. 2nd and 3rd sets of T2B took forever. Great WOD.

    Italian Meatloaf

    I made a few modifications…I didn’t have the almond flour on hand so I just added more veggies (cauliflower). And the sauce on top was WONDERFUL!!! A new fav for our family!!!

    T2B realllly slowed me down. Trying to work on new thumb around grip and ended up doing mostly all singles last two rounds

    Only two rds of each skills cycle, had to go to work. Used PVC and 22# bar.
