    At home: 2 mins 2MU/8 DL @155
    2mins of 4 power cleans @ 135/ 8 PUs
    2mins of 4 Power Snatch @ 95#/ 20 DUs. X2 rounds… Wasn’t the best decision to do 2 WODs.

    Been fighting a bad back all week. No WOD since Monday. Got off my butt for a 2.5 mile run tonight. Felt okay. Just under 9:00/mile pace. Hope to WOD again next week.
