    Some tips on what casuses stress and how to fix it. Each of us have different levels of stress each day that could be effecting many different things. Take a minute and read a few ways to make it a little better. I know that crossfit 3 days a week has definitely helped me in this department but adding a few more cant hurt!!

    So I’ve been really sore this week. My arms have been very sore. (A good sore…but still sore.)
