    Tip/Read of the Day: With all the wall balls we’ve been doing, I came across this good article! It has some good tips on how to improve your wall ball performance.


    Did you know that wall balls work 11 muscles in your body?! No wonder my body hates me after the Karen WOD. Wall balls are definitely one of my areas of weakness as far as being able to do many over a longer time period… Going to definitely take these tips into consideration. Especially the one about resting with the ball against the wall… Never thought about that!

    Even: HSPU w/knees on bench-went head to floor and very vertical; also did some HS progression work from tripod to plank against wall
    (probably worked for about 17 minutes w/some breaks to show progressions & shoulders/arms completely toasted)
