Metcon – “Brenton”

5 rounds of:
Bear crawl 100 feet
Standing broad jump 100 feet
Do 3 burpees after every 5 broad jumps. If you’ve got a 20# vest or body armor, wear it.
Compare to September 4, 2014

    13:01 with 21# vest for nearly three rounds – it kept falling off so I ditched it for the smaller vest but it is only 8#

    10 HBBS&LBBS 115#, 135#
    10 min EMOM – 2 Squat snatch – not good at these so worked technique at 45#/55#

  8. Missing the WOD today because of this head cold junk…but I did manage to get a little activity in- 45 minute walk, approx 3.5 miles

    odd: 2 power snatches 65/75#. intended to sq snatch but body didn’t agree after yest & todays wod
    even: TTB/K2E swing (trying to get back to stringing a few)

    Such a fun warm up Todd lots of laughs
    3:18 pr and 12# pr
    Used 20# vest and didn’t start at least 30sec-45sec into WOD went down for first bear crawl,and vest came off then fooled with that before start again
