15.1

We’ll all be doing 15.1 tomorrow, come ready to crush it!

If you’re registered, I will post an official judging schedule mid morning, but feel free to come to class prepared to do your wod…I’m sure you can talk a classmate into counting reps for you! If you plan to compete at 5 or 6am, you might want to bring your own score sheet!

And don’t forget it’s FUN PANTS FRIDAY!

    Heavy (for me) snatches dragged me down on the AMRAP. Really wish I could have made myself push a little harder to get a few more reps, but overall I’m pleased.

    215 ties my C&J PR. For some reason I thought I had attempted 225 for the last try when I just realized at home hat I had tried 235! Lol that’s workout math for ya.
