    Re-did 15.3 (scaled) for fun because I love wallballs so much-did better, results on 3/13/15. Worked on low hang & PS before/after class (up to 85#). (Matrix๐Ÿ˜‚)

    60# low hang power snatch
    Most weight I’ve done overhead in a while (especially in the snatch position). Feeling good!๐Ÿ‘ Probably could have gone heavier, but didn’t want to push it too hard…
