2015 March 19 WOD

If you have a deck of playing cards, bring them today! We will not have enough for everyone. Do it, it will be “fun!”

“Deck of Cards”
Flip over playing cards one at a time.
The suit represents the movement.

Hearts = Burpees
Diamonds = Sit ups
Spades = KBS – you choose the weight
Clubs = Air Squats

The number on the card represents the number of reps.
All face cards are 10 reps.
Aces are 20 reps.

    …started off with 38 burpees in a row, 2 sit-ups, then 12 more burpees…
    thought that might be good to get them out of the way early.
    But, nope. Just wore me out sooner.
