30 Pull ups
50 Sit ups
70 Double unders

immediately into

2 RFT:
20 Pull ups
40 Sit ups
60 Double unders

immediately into

3 RFT:
10 Pull ups
20 Sit ups
40 Double unders

    I cut half the reps in each round, time of 19:35 for half the wod. All movements to standard except 11 wall hops in the third round of DUs.

    Nice to see Jayson back.

    23:35? I can’t remember. Hands tore after my first set of the last round so my last 2 rounds of 10s were ring rows… Kudos to the people who do ring rows all of the time! Those are hard!

    WOD: 21:43
    1st: all pullups, GHDs
    2nd: 10 pullups/10 ring rows, abmat situps
    3rd: all pullups, GHDs, 30 dubs bc that’s what was written on the board on the other side. oops.

    Rxd everything but did 30dubs on last 3RFT b/c that what was on white board.
    Shea & I did the 30 dubs we missed after we realized we should have done 40 and it took @15 seconds.
    Shoulders were fatigued from Friday so all pull-ups were singles. Really LOVE the bar being low.
