CrossFit Jackson Ladies Adventure Trip

Metcon

Every 4 minutes, for 32 minutes (8 sets):
Row 250 Meters (or run 220)
5 Power Cleans (155/105 lbs)
10 Shoulder to Overhead (155/105 lbs)

    I know it wasn’t required but my finish time was –
    30:19
    Completed all reps except 2nd set shoulder to overhead only completed 6.

    Started with #65 because I wasn’t sure if I had the strength for 8 rds of shoulder to overhead with the same weight.

    4th rd- dropped weight to #53. I started incorrectly push pressing and I didn’t want to deter my form esp during a metcon.

    Ran all – 85# – dropped to only 5 s2o for rds 6&7 then back to 10 on rd 8

    Started 1st rd at 135# but lowered to 115# because of s2o.
    Should have stayed at 135# for pc and used separate bar at 115# for s2o

    Cleans: 80/80/85/90/95/95/95/90 – this may be the most weight I’ve ever done in a wod!
    Shoulder to Overhead: used 20# DBs – shoulders are sore this week
