2015 April 25 WOD

I will be doing a Zone nutrition class next Saturday, May 2nd, 11:30-1:00 for anyone interested. This will be a very specific class on how to count and balance macro nutrients. No lecture on why you should care about being healthy, sleeping enough, staying hydrated, omitting gluten, etc…just math, math and more math.

Three 6 minute metcons, how hard can it be?

Metcon

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of:
10 Pull-Ups
15 Push Press (115/75)
20 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
Rest 4 minutes and when the clock reaches 10:00, complete the following…
Complete as many reps as possible in 6 minutes of:
Row 1000 Meters or Bike 1 Mile
Max Reps of Burpees Over the Erg
Rest 4 minutes and when the clock reaches 20:00, complete the following…
Complete as many reps as possible in 6 minutes of:
Run 800 Meters
20 Toes to Bar
Max Reps of Push-Ups

    RR, 65# PP, 35# KB

    Metcon 2:
    11 burpees, my row took too long!

    Metcon 3:
    5 push-ups, as strict as I could get them. My run also took too long!!

    First Saturday workout in a while; it was nice 😀
