    KBS: 35# all unbroken

    Sat out minutes 21-23 (round 8). Felt like someone was sitting on my chest, couldn’t get my posture and just felt exhausted. Got my $hit together and finished rounds 9 and 10. This one SUCKED! Still glad I came. 🙂

    DU 7 rds unbroken. These felt good cardio wise just tripped up on 3 rds.

    I only counted my double unders so 214 rx
    DU 30 total (that’s the most I’ve ever done so I’m happy even though they weren’t close to being strung together)
    Burpees 10/8/8/8/8/7/6/6/6/7
    KB swings 15/12/12/10/10/10/10/10/10/15
    Struggled all the way through. It was terrible. Loved it 🙂

    35# kbs 15 min rxd swing last 15 min swing was just a little above eye level.
    My rt shoulder has been weird.

    The good:
    -5 rnds RX’d (1,2,3,4,10)
    – first set of 30 DUs UNBROKEN!! (Pr)

    The bad:
    – struggled to push the pace and dropped several reps in rds 5-6

    The ugly:
    -dropped to a 35# kb, heavily scaled reps. Just keep moving.

    Minute 1 – 30 Double Under attempts 15ish)
    Minute 2 – 10 Burpees kept up 10 until last 5 times of burpees and went to 8 for a total of 90 overall
    Minute 3 – 15 Kettlebell Swings maintained this throughout but moved from 25# to 20#

    GREAT WOD!!

    430 reps
    Decided to scale reps from the beginning – was not feeling it at all today
    DU – 6 rounds of 20, then 4 rounds of 30 (6 total rounds UB)
    Burpees – 8 per round
    KBS – 5 sets of 10 Russian swings (shoulder really hurting) w/ 45#, then 10/10/10/10/20 situps for last 5 rounds

    If my foot didn’t hurt… It would have been rxd. Ugh

    541….RD 6 was only 6 kb swings. 35#…rd 7-10 were squats.
    The DUs and burpees were aggravating my calf muscle and it makes my foot hurt! But I stuck with those! DUs showed up tonight and I suffered thru the burpees.

    Did 1k row before class. Was under 4 minutes. Stayed pretty much at a 1:50/500m pace.

    All unbroken except I tripped up on my DUs once at #21 on round seven. Timing consistent throughout around :30. Good sweat.
