Run 300m
10 Strict Handstand Push-ups or L-Seated Dumbbell Press
10 C2B Pull-Ups

Squat-Time Permitting

Back Squat
5 reps @ 65-70%
3 reps @ 75-80%
1 rep @ 85-90%
1 rep @ 90-95%
1 rep @ 90-95%

    Last squat was just short of parallel.

    LBBS 133#×5, 153#×3, 173#, 183#,193#…slowed the last two down. I like to go too fast on the way down.

    Metcon: 31 or 32 mins with every single stinkin’ HSPU Rx! It took me forever but I did it, only with the help of Tim and his magical toe touch. 😊

    Felt really good so I went for a PR and got it! 160#
    I actually did it once at parallel and once below, back to back. Soooo I could probably do more 😎
