    Feeling really crappy this morning so decided to take it easy. Did 300m row and 8 over the box burpees each round. 16″ box. Did one step over I think and the rest jump overs.

    Forgot to post yesterday
    My hip and lower back were already tight before the workout so I subbed burpees for air squats and box step overs. 16″ box

    Terrible workout but I didn’t die 😖
