Hang Snatch + Snatch

Metcon

Five rounds for time of:
5 Shoulder to Overhead (155/105)
10 Burpees Over the Barbell

    Haven’t been able to come as consistently the last two weeks. I’m going to figure out a way to change that for the future.

    I had energy today, but didn’t feel strong. I’ll step it up.

    4 @ 75% = 260
    3 @ 80% = 275
    2 @ 85% would’ve been 295. I used 275
    1 @ 90% would’ve been 310
    8 @ 80% would’ve been 275. I used 225

    Was supposed to find 1rm snatch today but snatches felt very forward and way off my max.
    Snatches @ 105# with 4 individual misses.

    Started out with 70# for rd 1 then dropped to 65# for remaining rounds. Still feeling weak from being sick. Was moving super slow. 😏
