Strength/Skill

5×3 Halting Deadlifts – Go every 2 minutes
(pause for 2 seconds at 2″ below the knee and at mid-thigh)

Metcon

Every 90 sec x 10 rounds:
5 Hang Power Cleans*
15 Hand-Release Push-Ups
*Choose a load for the Hang Power Cleans that you can keep unbroken, but that will be extremely challenging in the later rounds.

    Started out 15 HRPU then dropped to ten for two rounds and then got 5 the rest of the rounds until the last when I got 7 so I think all total I got 72.
