5×3 Push Press – Go every 90 seconds

Metcon

In teams of 3, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
20 Calories of Bike or Row
10 Dumbbell Push Press
*One athlete resting, 1 rowing, 1 using DB’s…when rower gets finished, resting athlete goes to row, rower goes to DB’s and the DB’s goes to rest. Once all three athletes have completed both things, mark 1 round complete.
