*Set 1 – 5 reps @ 65%
*Set 2 – 4 reps @ 75%
*Set 3 – 3 reps @ 85%

    Did ring rows all unbroken
    Push ups started having a roll to them after the 2nd round
    Tried to do air squats all unbroken but that went out the window after about round 4
