Four rounds, each for time of:
800 meter run
Rest 3 minutes between rounds
Post times for each round to comments.

    As usual, it was slow going, but I was happy with my first round. I had done some interval runs on 4/22 and I had run the 800M in 4:56, so I improved even on my slower times compared to a month ago. It’s a journey…

    4×30 sec HS holds pulling feet off wall attempting to balance, few shoulder touches thrown in. Lot of work could be done here….

    Slow and heavy feeling on these eww

    Worked on handstand holds / free standing handstand push ups / 3 walks for 2 hours . I can tell I haven’t done these in a while gotta o some everyday . Walked almost 25′ / afull mat / 25′. Got a few handstand down to head kip back up
