    SJ: 135×4, 155×4. terrible form. Feet do not listen to my mind.

    115/105×7 on Split Jerk…I don’t know why I hate SJ’s so much. I don’t feel comfortable doing them. Went down in weight so I would be more aggressive with my landing. They make me nervous for some reason. idk…

    15:32 on Metcon, 15# WB, 20″ Box…did jump over on rd 1 & 3. Step up and over on rd 2.
    I thought I was going to die…Haven’t been able to workout like I’ve wanted. Hopefully I’m back for a little while again. ugh…
