    Dubs are coming together. I was able to string sets of 10 pretty consistently tonight. Thanks to bobby for challenging me to hit that PR on the snatch, now I just gotta step up my beard game.

    Pre-WOD skill work 7 min EMOM of T2Bs as many reps as you can maintain consistently. I hit 7 reps each time, still pretty sore from the 100 GHDs Saturday
    WOD: 12 min AMRAP of
    2 Sumo DLHPs
    2 Abmat sit-ups
    going up by 2’s
    I made it 7 SDHPs into the 24’s. 271 reps
    Post-WOD: I did y’alls snatch work for the day with 165 across and a few failed reps. Working on consistently hitting the solid lock out in the catch with moderate weight.

    30 DU’s…round 4 had 30 UB which is new PR! (Previous 27)
    *right knee feeling good! Learning that slower, steady movements aren’t a big issue like the fast rowing,air squat, etc.

    Haven’t squat snatched in probably 6 months. Interesting.

    Shoulders were feeling it from yesterday.
    Did lunge steps instead of walking lunges and did not make contact with rear knee.
    Round 4 was walking lunges with bar loaded to back.
    My DU’s have gone on vacation. SERIOUSLY frustrating! Last round was unbroken but the rest sucked.

    -85-105 were squats then switched to power for next 105-110
    -matched my previous pr happy with that ! And just realized these would be a power snatch pR . Thanks for your help with all these Jennie 🙂
