Yard Sale Day!

Come see us today 6-12 and buy some of our goodies! We will have one coached WOD at 1:00. If you can’t make it at 1:00 and need to get some work in at 9:00, you can come and park next door and there will be limited space available back by the lockers for you to work.

Partner WOD

In teams of two, with only one person working at a time, complete the following for time:
Run 800 Meters (as a 4×200 relay)
50 Strict Pull-Ups
100 Push Presses (95/65)
150 Alternating Reverse Lunges with a Kettlebell in Goblet Hold (53/35)
100 Push Presses (95/65)
50 Strict Pull-Ups
Run 800 Meters (as a 4×200 relay)

    Pecs and shoulders wrecked from ring dips still! Some strict pulls, some with toe push off. 65 PP, 35 KB reverse lunges
