    Tied pr
    Failed 120 3 times. Video shows could get stronger extension, especially in knees, before split and need to keep lats on more. Overall happy with tie after shoulder problems I’ve been having and the WOD I did yesterday.

    PR’D last week with #180

    For some reason I had over the box jumps on my mind and did 5 or 6 of those before I got corrected. Good times.

    2rds +5 + 1 RXd took a min or so to got get more clips during first rd weights moving around
