    Power Clean 1RM I hit 225 squat cleaned 245 failed 265 several times
    Back Squat 1RM I hit 315 failed 345 twice
    Bench Press 1RM I hit 245 failed 255
    Deadlift 1RM I hit 365 failed 405 and was out of time
    Total = 1150 Everything felt heavy today and my head wasn’t 100% in it.
