Open for one WOD at 9:00 . . . NO YOGA and NO 10:30


In teams of two, alternate tasks to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 24 minutes of:
10 Ground to Overhead (Dumbbells or kettlebells preferred or a barbell if necessary)
10 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
200 Meter Sprint

    24 mins with 5 G2OH / 5 Kipping pull-ups/200m run

  2. Kim says:

    Sunday 6.12 mile run 2mile trail & rest at Woodland Hills.
