    *All pull-ups unbroken with 11 on first round, complex as SC+PP+BS+PP, lost time in bathroom break and getting pull-up wraps.

    4 mile Flag run yesterday & Flanigan today at home
    1.52 mile run unweighted in 12:45
    AMRAP 37 min: 9 rounds + 2 HSPU

    4 rounds Rx (no abmat Kip HSPU);
    5th round I had to add 1 abmat to the HSPU; I then did a couple of rds w/plates under hands & 1 abmat, but had to take the plates out for the last 2 rds
