Four sets of:
20 Walking Lunges with Dumbbells
Rest 60 seconds between sets
*each set should be very challenging, increase weight if needed

Metcon

AMRAP 20 – teams of two, with only one person working at any time:
200 Meter Row
10 Burpees

    With Kimberly completed 12 rounds + 200 meter row + 2 1/2 Burpees
    I completed 60 Burpees 7 – 200 meter rows. I think that is right.

    Walking lunges: 2 sets w/ 72# kb and 2 w/ 55# kb

    Metcon: rotated every 5 min
    18 rounds even
    Burpees were done with reckless abandon. I wouldn’t call them the example to follow for the burpee standard, but I was focusing on going a fast as possible.
