Run/WOD/Run

I would like to invite you to come out to train with the ladies CFJ Adventure Team this weekend as we continue to prepare ourselves for our Utah trip with some trail runs and a WOD.

We’ll be meeting at Fred Young Park at 1:00 this Sunday for approximately 45 minutes of trail running followed by a 20 minute park WOD followed by another 20-30 minute trail run (if we don’t die).
You can come just for the WOD or just for the one of the runs.

45 minute trail run – begins at 1:00
20 minute WOD – begins around 1:45 or 2:00
20 minute trail run – begins around 2:30 or 2:45
