“Beach Muscles”
In teams of two, with only one partner working at a time, complete the following for time:
1600 Meter Relay Run (alternating 400 meters)
immediately followed by…
20 rounds (partners alternating full rounds) of…
4 Strict Supinated-Grip Pull-Ups
8 Ring Dips
12 Push-Ups
16 Air Squats
immediately followed by…
1600 Meter Relay Run (alternating 400 meters)

    Strict UB pull-ups
    RD rx’d on rounds 1-8 and 10 – had to do 5 or 6 negatives on round 9
    8 rounds of push-ups (my goat) and 2 rounds of sit-ups when the triceps would talk to me

    2 mile trail run at 7am (first bad decision)

    Showed up to 9am class (2nd bad decision)

    With Megan 69 minutes for 14 rounds. Made it through rounds 1-5 Rx then had to go to assisted dips for 6/7. Decided to only do 14 rounds when we realized we were going to be there all day. (First good decision.)

    Me and Brant: 49:19. Triceps went out fast. Made RX thru about 8. Then broke dips into singles/doubles. Started rolling up push ups.

    few strict PUs, lots of toe off/jump, few kip
    started each rd of RDs, did as many reps I could without too much straining (STS) then finished each rd with abmat situps. total of 23 rx’d RDs. 5 first rd/then 4/then 2 each rd except 1 bc rings tied up.
    push-ups–roll-ups started early

      Strict PU’s/subbed situps for RD
      HR PU’s- UB most rds-felt like these were solid- I have never been able to say that about pushups.

    Rx with ring dips for me and rx with scaled ring dips for Lance Porter.

    47:10 with Tarason
    Did some strict push ups, some RX’d dips, some jumping dips, some sit ups for dips. Did do all pull ups RX’d.

    Fun wod but it was total muscle failure for me, not metcon.
